At Body Balance Training Studio we specialize in creating longevity programs that blend strength training, mobility, conditioning, balance training, Pilates & yoga. This training strategy offers a holistic approach to wellness, creating balance for the body .
Yoga takes you into the present moment, the only place where life exists.
We avoid randomly selected exercises & exhaustive, counterproductive training styles and believe that training is not a one size fits all solution, and we do not place worth in a number on a scale. We only use science-backed, evidence-based solutions, rather than fad-fitness. And, we prioritize individual goals and needs, systematically document progress for better performance, strength & quality of life.
